Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • One tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • Two tablespoons of lime
  • 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • One cup of shredded honey-smoked salmon.
  • One tablespoon of green onions,
  • One tablespoon of red onions, diced
  • One tablespoon of celery, diced
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sprouts
  • One package of your favorite gluten-free crackers

Instructions

  1. Use a fork to shred the salmon into small chunks.
  2. Chop all the other ingredients and transfer to a bowl
  3. Mix and spread over the crackers.
  4. Top with sprouts, red onions, sesame seeds, or fresh cilantro.
