Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- One tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- Two tablespoons of lime
- 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- One cup of shredded honey-smoked salmon.
- One tablespoon of green onions,
- One tablespoon of red onions, diced
- One tablespoon of celery, diced
- Sesame seeds
- Sprouts
- One package of your favorite gluten-free crackers
Instructions
- Use a fork to shred the salmon into small chunks.
- Chop all the other ingredients and transfer to a bowl
- Mix and spread over the crackers.
- Top with sprouts, red onions, sesame seeds, or fresh cilantro.
