Easy Gluten Free Tacos : Tasty Ground Beef Recipe

This recipe is one of my most popular recipes on Instagram because it is delicious quick, and guaranteed to make prep time a breeze for weeknight dinners. Get it on the table in under 30 minutes and enjoy it with family and friends.

Ingredients

The tacos:

  • One white onion finely chopped.
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 500 grams of Laura's Lean ground beef.
  • 1 tbsp of garlic, paprika, onion, black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin, and if you like cayenne too
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • One handful of fresh coriander
  • Corn tortillas
  • Cheese (low-fat cheddar and mozzarella)
  • Avocado and cilantro to garnish

Greek yogurt cream:

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp of lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic well until they are transparent, then add the beef and stir very well.
  2. When the beef is already browning, add the spices, stir well and add the water when the pan is dry, a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a handful of chopped fresh cilantro, let it evaporate until you have juicy and delicious ground beef!!
  3. Assemble the tacos and melt the cheese in a cast iron for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Serve them with avocado, greek yogurt sour cream, and lots of lime.
