Six years ago, I moved to Colorado. As I was searching for purpose in a completely new place, I was lucky to find the Colorado Rockies, the athletes, and the trails that were an inspiration to embark on what I call my creative journey.
I joined the Institute of Integrative Nutrition a couple of years later to become a Certified Health Coach with a holistic approach to overall health and nutrition.
There I learned about bio-individuality, which means there is no one size fits all approach. Just as we are unique in terms of mind, body, and spirit, we are unique in what supports our overall health and happiness.
